Booths are available on a first-come, first served basis. All applications for exhibit space must be accompanied by a check payable to CSP or credit card authorization. CSP will not hold space without a contract and payment. Early Bird prices end April 15, 2012. If written notice of cancellation is received by April 15, 2012, a full refund less $75 will be made. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after May 1, 2012.
