Understand & Leverage Your Communication Style

We’ll start with the PDP ProScan® Communication Survey to explore your natural communication style, what motivates you, and how to further leverage your strengths. You’ll also explore how and when to adapt your approach to connect more effectively with others, and how different communication styles can strengthen relationships, leadership, and results.

From there, we’ll use Dawn Garzoli’s “Pebbles in the Shoe” exercise to identify two areas where greater intention could strengthen your leadership. Through individual reflection, meaningful conversation, and fresh perspectives from fellow leaders, you’ll explore what you want to shift, strengthen, or approach differently, and develop practical actions to move forward.
