ACCOMMODATIONS
November 4–6, 2026 | Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe | Stateline, Nevada
Room Rate: $59/night + $20 daily resort fee, plus applicable taxes
Friday, November 6 Rate: $119/night + $20 daily resort fee, plus applicable taxes
The resort fee includes:
- Unlimited local phone calls
- Two guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center
- In-room internet access for up to two devices per room, per day

Reservations must be made by October 20, 2026 to receive the CSP group rate. Reservations received after the deadline will be accepted based on availability and may be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates.
The CSP group rate may also be available for up to three days before and three days after the contracted dates, based on availability.
Reservation & Cancellation Information
A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is required at the time of booking and will be charged immediately to the credit card provided.
Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, or failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date, will result in a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest who is 21 years of age or older.
Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available for conference attendees staying at the hotel over the contracted event dates.
Payment Instructions for Event Registration:
If paying by check, include a copy of your confirmation email.
