As CEO of Eastridge Workforce Solutions, he sets the strategic direction and drives operational discipline across a diversified workforce solutions platform.

With more than 17 years in staffing and workforce management, Rodrigo has led complex transformations, improved sales productivity, and reinforced cultures grounded in accountability and execution. He previously held senior leadership roles at JoinedUp (Beeline) and Adecco, where he drove market expansion and business optimization.

Rodrigo’s leadership philosophy centers on unlocking potential and raising standards. He is an active mentor with the American Staffing Association, a former board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle, a Staffing Industry Analysts 40 Under 40 honoree, and has been named to the SIA Staffing 100 for 2026.

Ziba Alizadeh


Ziba Alizadeh is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in staffing, consulting, and workforce strategy, with expertise spanning professional services, healthcare, contact centers, technology, and executive search sectors.

As President & Managing Director of Payvand Solutions Group, Alizadeh leads all North American operations, driving the firm's strategic growth and expansion across its consulting and staffing specialties. Under her leadership, Payvand has achieved over 95% client exclusivity and an exceptional 98% fill ratio, a testament to her relentless commitment to excellence, precision, and results-driven partnerships. Previously, Alizadeh held leadership roles with RemX, part of Employbridge, where she was instrumental in growing the professional services division from $100M to $300M and earned multiple President's Club awards for achieving 100–215% year over year growth. She also built a healthcare division from inception to $25M in revenue, managing national teams and operations.

A sought after speaker and recognized industry leader, Alizadeh was named to Staffing Industry Analysts' 40 Under 40 (2025) and holds numerous professional accolades and certifications. She has also contributed as an author to SIA's Staffing Stream and was featured in a SIA-published article in January 2025, further cementing her voice as a thought leader in the staffing industry.

She remains actively involved with Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the American Staffing Association (ASA), and the California Staffing Professionals (CSP), where she serves on several committees. Passionate about community impact, Alizadeh volunteers with the Pars Equality Center, Meals on Wheels, and the Downtown Los Angeles Women's Shelter, reflecting her lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and empowerment.

Monica Gutierrez

Monica Gutierrez is a Talent Acquisition Strategist and HR leader with 10+ years of experience driving full-cycle recruiting, workforce strategy, and onboarding operations across multi-site, high-growth organizations. She specializes in building scalable recruiting systems, improving hiring efficiency through data-driven insights, and partnering with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business goals.

She has led enterprise hiring efforts supporting 100+ locations and over 1,000 annual hires, reducing time-to-fill by up to 50% and eliminating agency reliance, resulting in more than $400K in annual savings. Monica is also known for strengthening employer branding and improving candidate engagement through innovative recruiting strategies.

Earlier in her career, Monica worked as a television journalist across California, Texas, Tennessee, and Mexico, an experience that strengthened her communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships across diverse communities. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of La Verne and California State University, Fullerton, where she taught and supported student career development.

Noah Yosif


American Staffing Association

Noah Yosif is chief economist at American Staffing Association (ASA). In this capacity, he serves as head of the ASA research team, leading economic and policy research initiatives which support staffing companies across the U.S. He also represents ASA on the economic affairs committee of the World Employment Confederation. Yosif previously served as an economist with both the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions and the Independent Community Bankers of America. He is a prolific speaker on economic policy issues and is regularly featured within major financial media including Bloomberg, Barron’s, Kiplinger, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Fox Business, and Marketplace.
